**Room in a shared flat in Altstetten** Searching for a room in the area of Zurich? Our flatshare is located in the Vulkan towers. When: From 07.09.2026 for approx. a year Area: Vulkanstrasse 110c, 8048 Zürich / Kreis 9 Room: approx. 15m2 furnished with a closet, bed, and a bedside table incl. lamp Rent: 1550 CHF incl. all extra costs (might need to be adjusted depending on Nebenkosten and interest rate increase) Roommates: 3 I am leaving the shared flat for approx. a year due to my studies in St.Gallen. The apartment is well located at Vulkanstrasse 110c and has a phenomenal view. The tower has its own Coop on the ground floor. The railroad station "Zürich Altstetten" is approximately 4min away by foot. The room is furnished and as I will be coming back from my civil service, I will leave my bed (1.60m), my closet, and my bedside table including two lamps free to use. The apartment has two floors, two bathrooms, a kitchen and two living rooms. The apartment is located on the 24&25 floor. We are a very easy-going shared flat. We all have our own lives and this is respected. Nevertheless, we sometimes eat dinner together or enjoy chatting in the living rooms.
