The room has its own, separate small toilet and thus offers additional comfort and privacy.

A parking space can be rented additionally for Fr. 40.-.

The 4 1/2-room apartment is located in a good position in a beautiful neighborhood, surrounded by many green spaces.

In the immediate vicinity (5 min. on foot) you can reach the Schönau train station, the bus stop and the Spar. You can also find the village center and the Migros on foot in 10 minutes.

For shared use:

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub.

On the balcony, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
