Room in a shared flat

We are renting out a room in our 4-people shared flat in Zürich Wolishofen from 1. Sptember on. Our apartment is close to Zurich lake and is surrounded by a green garden. The building is a bit older and will be renovated in March 2027, therefore the room will be rented out until then. We are between 26 and 36 years old and from Switzerland, Spain and Liechtenstein.
