I am renting out a 17m² room in a comfortable 80m² apartment. The space is modern and boasts an excellent location: * **Strategic Location:** Just 5 minutes by bus from Zurich Airport (Flughafen Zurich). * **Nearby Services:** You are only a 4-minute walk away from Coop, Migros, and Denner. * **Transportation:** The bus stop with connections to Oerlikon is just a 4-minute walk away. You will be sharing the apartment with a **26-year-old male** who works as an investment advisor at a bank. He is calm, tidy, and respectful.
