As of 1 December 2026, we are renting this modern 3.5-room apartment in the idyllic town of Neunkirch.

The spacious apartment on the 2nd upper floor features a high standard of finish with a bright, open kitchen including a dishwasher and glass ceramic hob.

The rooms are laid with parquet.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower and is laid with tiled flooring.

Thanks to a private laundry tower with a washing machine and tumble dryer, the laundry day can be determined by yourself.

Built-in wardrobes in the bright entrance area offer additional storage space.

The town of Neunkirch is well connected. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach Schaffhausen, and within 40 minutes by car cities such as Singen, Waldshut, Winterthur and Zürich. Despite the central location, the rural flair is not lost.

A parking space and/or garage space can be rented additionally.
