Room in a shared flat

Hey! I am looking for a (preferably) female flatmate for my 3.5 Zi apartment in a beautiful central hillside location with a balcony and a view over the city :-)

I work in nursing and work early/late shifts. At home, I enjoy the peace (in that sense, not a party WG hehe), but also shared conversations depending on mood or, for a change, sometimes a WG evening with cooking together. Since I live with my cat Mia, you should also be animal-loving.

It is important to me that we respect each other and that both strive for a clean, well-kept environment so that we both feel comfortable.

The small room is available to you; you would only need to bring your own furniture, otherwise the apartment is completely furnished - WLAN is also included in the price. If the room were too small, it would also be possible to have the living room with its own balcony, of course for an additional charge.
