Room in a shared flat

Hello, I, Jule 27 (f) and my older cat Kiwi are looking for a new roommate starting from 1 November. Cozy but beautiful 3.5 room attic apartment in a house with a total of three parties with: -Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, -Additional toilet with washbasin -Open living room and kitchen with dishwasher -Staircase access to a small gallery -Balcony with a view of the greenery -Two rooms (one of them for you approx. 10m2, two windows, small built-in wardrobe and morning sun :) -Cellar compartment -Washing machine and tumbler in the cellar -Garden for shared use - Entire apartment with underfloor heating I enjoy spending my free time quietly at home and/or in the company of friends.
