Room in a shared flat

Hello there! For rent, a room in a nice, two-person WG in Altstetten. The rent is 900 CHF, including internet. Important: you must have a source of income, or else the rental agency will refuse your application! Please mention this in your message. The room is available now or later upon agreement (I am flexible). The flat features a spacious living room and a big balcony, which we may call a terrace :) Perfect for summer or sunny days, and next to a very quiet street! We also have a dishwasher, and I realized that I could not live without one anymore ;) The flat is located in Altstetten, close to Lindenplatz, where you will find all kinds of shops and amenities. In addition, there is a grocery store just across the street, open until 22:00 even on Sundays. Perfect for quick or late shopping! Bahnhof Altsetten is a 10-minute walk, or 5 minutes with public transport, and the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. I am Lucien, doing a PhD at ETH. I think (and hope) that I am an easy-going person. I will be leaving Switzerland in a few months, so I would ideally like to find someone who would like to take over the flat after that. You won't often find a flat with 3 rooms, plus kitchen, bathroom, and terrace, for 1770 chf a month in Zurich!
