Room in a shared flat

Hello, Lease takeover available for this magnificent shared apartment, preferably starting from the end of August, or earlier depending on availability (possibly later if necessary). The shared apartment has a large common area and a terrace. It is fully equipped, all just 5 minutes walking distance from the station. The room overlooks a quiet green space. You will live with a girl and two boys aged 29, 34 and 41, all working in different professions and sharing an interest in sport and music. I am looking for a person in the same age group, but it is not a red line. Common activities happen spontaneously, without any pressure to participate. The atmosphere is convivial, while respecting everyone's space and rhythm. If you are interested, do not hesitate to leave a short description of yourself. We can then organize a visit.
