Room available in a lovely WG in Zurich – Talwiesenstrasse/Goldbrunnenplatz

Flexible moving date starting from 15th of October.

We are looking for a new roommate to join our WG in a recently renovated, high-quality apartment with a spacious shared living area.

There are currently two rooms available, depending on your preference:

• Smaller room: CHF 1,390/month
• Larger room: CHF 1,530/month

The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet, plus a separate guest toilet, a large cellar and plenty of shared space.
One of the best parts of the flat is the hugeterrace right in front of the apartment, which is essentially our own outdoor space – perfect for having dinner outside, enjoying a drink or just hanging out when the weather is nice. We also have access to a shared rooftop terrace with the other residents of the building, with great extra outdoor space to enjoy.

We also have a cleaning lady who comes regularly, which makes keeping the apartment nice and tidy very easy. Parking may also be available if needed. We have also washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the flat directly.

The rooms are available from 1 November, although an earlier move-in date could potentially be discussed.

A little about us 👋

Lucile, 29, works in the sports industry in Bern and is a very active person, you’ll usually find her at the lake with friends, at the gym or somewhere in the mountains.
Gaspard, 30, works in consulting and spends most of his free time outside, especially trail running, sailing, ski touring and generally anything involving mountains and adventure.

We both have busy and independent lives, so we’re definitely not looking for a super-close “always together” WG. At the same time, we really enjoy having a nice atmosphere at home and some WG life: cooking or having dinner together from time to time, sharing a drink, or spontaneously doing something together. In winter, we also regularly go skiing together. ⛷️

Who we’re looking for
We are open to both male and female applicants. We are looking for someone who is working full-time and ideally in a stable, long-term position. We are not considering students.
More generally, we are looking for someone who is independent, respectful and easy-going, but who also enjoys sharing a meal or doing something together from time to time.
