I am looking for a successor tenant for my beautiful and cozy 1-room apartment in a great location as of December 2026. Baar station and shopping facilities such as Aldi, Coop, Denner, bakery and more are reachable in about 10 minutes on foot, so the apartment is very well connected despite the quiet residential area.
The apartment features its own kitchen with oven, a bathroom with shower as well as a balcony. A private parking space with a personal nameplate can be taken over for CHF 60.– per month.
Particularly practical: The apartment must be taken over already furnished – perfect for someone who wants to move in without much effort and feel at home immediately. The furnishings include, among others, bed with mattress, two IKEA wardrobes, couch, dining table with two chairs as well as other practical pieces of furniture. The furniture was purchased in 2024 and is in very good or as-new condition.
Transfer fee for the complete furnishing: CHF 1.200.–
In addition, there is the contract takeover of WLAN at CHF 27,- monthly.
