Are you looking for an uncomplicated shared apartment room in the green? From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, a room in one of the two apartments on a Demeter farm is available. The available room is approx. 16m2 in size with a built-in wardrobe and is located in the 6-room apartment on the 1st floor. You will share the apartment with Remus (m 33) – who is enthusiastic about music and works as an actuary in Frauenfeld, and Maik (m 29), who enjoys spending his free time with sports/bouldering and works in Frauenfeld as an industrial electrician. The apartment has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, an open shared living-dining area with a fireplace, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, a utility room for supplies - hanging laundry - etc. plus an additional open room that can be used communally. In addition, there is a balcony and a large attic that is not converted. The rent per month is 620.- plus 100.- NK. Included in the rent are electricity, water, heating, Serafe, WLAN, a parking space if needed, and wood for the fireplace if required.
