Room in a shared flat

In our 2-person shared flat, a room of approx. 13sqm is becoming available for sublet. In the pictures, the apartment is unfurnished as we are moving in fresh, but upon your move-in, the room will be fully furnished (bed, shelves & chest of drawers etc.). The room has parquet flooring, beautiful evening sun and is oriented towards the quiet garden. The 3-room apartment includes a freshly renovated bathroom & kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as a living room and a large garden, which is shared with the neighbors :) The apartment is located in a quiet street but is well connected; 5 minutes to Bucheggplatz, 10 minutes to Milchbuck and the Käferberg/ Irchelpark are also very close by. You would live together with Lisa. She is in her final year of studying medicine and is currently busy with her practical year. Otherwise, she is out somewhere doing sports, at the Badi or in the mountains, cooks and reads a lot and does the occasional creative hobby :) We are looking for: an open-minded, uncomplicated (preferably FLINTA*) person who is interested in relaxed living together, where everyone has their own personal space, but one also enjoys cooking, chatting or having coffee together spontaneously.
