Room in a shared flat

Two bright rooms available for summer sublet in a quiet 3-bedroom apartment in Oerlikon. The larger room has direct access to a balcony, while the second room is only slightly smaller. The rooms are currently unfurnished. The apartment features a kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge, basement laundry facilities, bike storage, and a private storage unit. Located in a green residential area with excellent public transport connections and shops nearby. Available from 24 June to approximately 2 September. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible, with a minimum stay of 3 weeks. Rooms can be rented individually or together. The apartment will be unoccupied most of the summer. We may occasionally stay in the third bedroom for a weekend. Rent: \- Large room with balcony: CHF 695/month \- Room without balcony: CHF 660/month Utilities included. No deposit required. We are looking for friendly and responsible subtenants needing temporary accommodation in Zurich during the summer. The apartment is particularly well-suited for interns, exchange students, visiting researchers, and students between semesters. Subtenants also must meet JUWO eligibility requirements and have/create a JUWO account. \---------------------------- We are Balazs, Botond, and Patrik, three incoming ETH Zurich Master's students (Robotics, Systems and Control, Computational Science and Engineering) starting our studies in September. As we will not be living in the apartment during most of the summer, the sublet tenants will have the apartment largely to themselves.
