Our bright and spacious 5.5-room terraced single-family house offers plenty of space for living and well-being on around 185 m². The house is located idyllically and quietly and at the same time close to Winterthur – the old town is reachable in around 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle.

For this beautiful home, we are looking for successor tenants for two persons, according to the occupancy provided for in the rental agreement. The house offers generous space, plenty of light and various attractive outdoor areas.

The 5.5 rooms are distributed over several floors and offer diverse possibilities for living, working and relaxing. There is a balcony on each floor. Additionally, a large private garden with a cozy seating area as well as a roof terrace are available.

In addition to the quiet residential location, we particularly appreciated the very pleasant and uncomplicated neighborhood. We always had warm and great contact with our direct neighbors – another reason why we felt very comfortable here.
