Room in a shared flat

**10.5 m² WG Zimmer in Winterthur:** Hello, nice to have you interested in our WG room! We are Ramona and Youssouf and are founding a 3-person shared flat as of 1.8.2026. Now we are looking for a third roommate. The 10.5 m^2 room would be your small kingdom with a view of the shared garden in the future. The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area and the main station (HB) is reachable in 15 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by bike, or 14 minutes by public transport. The Bachtelstrasse bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Since we ourselves are moving into the apartment on 1.8., you can also let your creativity run free when furnishing the common areas (by mutual agreement). Since the apartment handover will only take place at the beginning of August, we unfortunately cannot offer viewings, but we would like to get to know you in person. **We are looking for:** A person (m/f/d) who likes to spend a joint evening with us, e.g., with dinner, games, movies, etc. Mutual consideration and acceptance are very important to us, and open communication should always be possible. We are very open to visitors, but we don't want to throw a party at our place every weekend. **Who are your future roommates:** Ramona (22) is currently studying nursing at the ZHAW in her 5th semester. She is the main tenant and will occupy the 17m^2 room. Her girlfriend Derya (23) will also spend a lot of time in the shared flat (so to speak, a 4th roommate) and will also contribute to the common costs. We are both open, like to do sports, and enjoy playing board games. Youssouf (25) is also studying nursing at the ZHAW in his 5th semester. In my free time, I like to do sports, read, and watch manga/anime. I'm often on my own or busy with work, but I look forward to any joint interactions.
