4 ½ rooms apartment

In a quiet location, near Horgen station and the lake, we are renting out our bright, furnished 4.5-room apartment with a view over Lake Zurich from 12 September to 6 December 2026. (It is also possible to rent the apartment only for the months of October/November 2026.) The kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, a large refrigerator as well as freezer drawers. In addition to the spacious bedroom, there are two other, smaller rooms, which are each equipped as a study and dining room. The living room, equipped with beautiful parquet flooring, has a balcony. There is a communal laundry room with a drying room and a laundry schedule, in which the tenants can enter themselves freely. There are some plants in the apartment that would like to be watered every now and then. Unfortunately, no parking space belongs to the apartment. However, the apartment is centrally located on Neudorfstrasse, from where the center with various shopping facilities and Horgen station are 10 walking minutes away. Additionally, two bus stops (Horgen, Teufenbach and Horgen, Rotweg) are in the immediate vicinity. It is a 5-minute walk to the lake, where various walking and swimming opportunities await.
