Room in a shared flat

(English below) We are an uncomplicated shared flat for 4 people. We often do things together, but also enjoy having time to ourselves. We are looking for a new member from 1 October (or by arrangement). We are 1 woman and 2 men, all students at the ZHAW and ETH Zürich. We speak English or German together (or French). Important to us is a good understanding of one another and an even division of tasks in the house. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can stay long-term (at least 1 year or longer). The room (furnished) has a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen and living room are used jointly, and the building has a roof terrace. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The WG is 5 min from the wädenswiler Bahnhof. ZHAW Campus Reidbach and Rothus are in the immediate vicinity.
