Final Cleaning Fee: CHF 200 (Obligatory City Pop fee).
Total Payment: CHF 1,800 for the full 4-week stay (All-inclusive: rent + cleaning + utilities + Wi-Fi).
Security Deposit: CHF 500 (Fully refundable at check-out).
