Layout and room division

The apartment is divided into full-fledged living rooms, which are necessary for high-quality living. These consist of the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The stylish furniture offers storage space and simultaneously serves for room division. The fully-equipped kitchen contains four hotplates as well as an oven. The large sliding lift windows bring a lot of brightness into the living space and ensure a cozy ambiance. There is both heating for cold days as well as cooling in summer, which ensures an optimal room temperature throughout the year. The apartment features a controlled Minergie ventilation system.

Further information

Generous communal areas are offered, which are available to all residents. These include a common room with a large kitchen, a shared roof terrace, and a garden with seating options. A communal laundry room and individual cellar compartments are available. Additionally, fast home Wi-Fi is already installed. An individual connection is also possible. Pets are not allowed.

Mobility

Parking cars on-site is not permitted; for vehicle owners, a private parking option is required. Two cargo bikes are available to residents for larger purchases and transports. Bus stops are located around 2 minutes' walking distance away; from there, one reaches Bahnhof Oerlikon in a few minutes. Zurich Main Station as well as Kloten Airport are also optimally reachable in about 20 minutes.
