Room in a shared flat

I am looking for an uncomplicated flatmate (preferred age approx. 35–55 years) **immediately** for my bright and cozy shared apartment. **Your room: *** approx. 17 m², beautiful parquet flooring, large built-in wardrobe, renovated old building (high ceilings!). It is simply furnished (bed, table, chair) – can gladly be taken over. **The WG:** Fully equipped modern kitchen, small bathroom with bathtub, small balcony (for a shared coffee) and a garden for shared use. **Location:** Directly at Cäcilienplatz (super connected with Tram 6). Lola (neighborhood shop) and Gelateria di Berna are right around the corner. **Rent:** 670 CHF / month (incl. ALL utilities such as electricity, internet, Serafe etc.). **About me & our WG life:** I am Philipp, father of two daughters (17, 19), IT specialist and I offer Thai yoga massages (in my own practice, not at home). I am outdoors a lot, like to dance (Zouk, Lindy Hop, Contact Impro), do yoga, repair bicycles, like to cook, sing at the campfire or also just do nothing sometimes. I wish for a relaxed, open coexistence.
