Room in a shared flat

We are Rebecca (28) & Ariana (24) and are looking from 1 September for a new WG roommate for our cute apartment in Hottingen, Seefeld! We are looking for someone in our age group (mid-twenties to early 30s) who complements our 3-person WG. In addition to the rent, the rental deposit is: 2'842 CHF Location & Apartment: Your WG room would be approx. 10.3 m2 in size. We have a shared living room as well as a roof terrace for shared use. The apartment is located in cute Hottingen, near the botanical garden 20 min on foot to the lake 10 min to the Stadelhofen station Directly connected to Tram 4 Sometimes we like to do something casually, but we also love our me-time. Rebecca: works part-time in the creative industry and studies psychology part-time, book lover Ariana: works as a flight attendant, loves to bake and to read Our perfect WG date: coffee date & discussions about psychology, literature, films, pop culture etc. We look forward to learning something about you and potentially meeting at a viewing!
