This room is lockable and has previously been used as a home office. The adjacent air-raid shelter is accessible via this room.

Both rooms have a cellar window without natural light ingress. There is neither a water connection nor a sink or a private toilet available.

The unheated rooms are ideally suited as storage, archive, hobby, or quiet office space. Use involving customer traffic is not intended.
