Room in a shared flat

Hoi mitenand! We (Markus & Daria) are looking for a new companion for our great 3-person shared apartment in the urban Kreis 5. Our roommate Steffi will be abroad for 1-2 years for a research stay, and we are looking for a subtenant for her furnished room from the beginning of November until at least October 2027, possibly also for longer (maximum 2 years). Our apartment is located in a modern, bright new building (120m2) with parquet flooring and all the amenities your heart desires: washing machine & dryer in the apartment, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, 2 balconies, steamer, dishwasher, bicycle parking spaces, and underground garage. Your future room is bright with a large window front, approximately 13 m² in size, and direct access to the rear balcony of the apartment. The room is furnished with a bed (160x200cm), chest of drawers, and a large open wardrobe. The apartment has a second spacious balcony with morning sun and a view into the distance – perfect for barbecuing, lying in a hammock, or for a round of yoga. Our home is super well-connected: the Sportweg tram stop (Line 51) is directly in front of the door and only 3 minutes away from the Bernoullihäuser stop (Lines 8 and 17). By bicycle, you are at the Hauptbahnhof in 15 minutes and in Altstetten or at Hardbrücke in 5 minutes. Additional bonus point: every 2 weeks our cleaning fairy comes by, which makes our chore schedule very uncomplicated. We are both employed, 31 & 32 years old, and appreciate shared flat life with relaxed evenings at home on the balcony while barbecuing, or when our daily routine allows, we also like to go for a quick dip in the Limmat (only 10 minutes away).
