Room in a shared flat

My current roommate wants to move out, and I am therefore looking for two new roommates. Rent is 800.- per person. Only one tenant is sought per room; please do not apply as a couple for one room. The entire apartment is a 4.5-room apartment with approx. 102 m2 that extends over two floors. It conveys the feeling of a private house – in the middle of the city, in a quiet location near Spital Thun. The apartment (except for the room to be rented) is modernly furnished, but can gladly be supplemented with your own furniture. The equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as two bathrooms: one with a shower and bathtub on the upper floor and a separate WC on the ground floor, both of which can, of course, be used. The apartment also features a terrace with a beautiful view of Schloss Thun and a small garden, which you are welcome to help design. A washing machine and tumbler are located in the own, spacious cellar. A parking space in the underground garage can be taken over for 150 Fr. monthly. Electricity and other additional costs will be shared. Public transport as well as shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. The popular Mühleplatz is reachable within a few minutes' walk, and Thun station is located approx. 10 minutes away on foot.
