We are renting a room of approx. 13 m² in our cozy shared apartment on the outskirts of Luzern. The room has previously been used as a hobby room, but was hardly used and is therefore ready for occupancy immediately or by arrangement.
Your future roommates are Augustin, engineer, and Rahel, student. We are both in our late 20s and wish for a respectful, uncomplicated, and friendly shared apartment living arrangement.
The apartment is located in a quiet and family-friendly location and features a spacious living area as well as two bathrooms. TV, internet, and the shared use of the laundry room are included in the rental price. Additionally, a bicycle room and a cellar compartment are available for shared use. A parking space can be rented additionally if required.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a Migros, a bakery, and the restaurant Don Carlos. The location is also ideal for sports and nature enthusiasts: A Vitaparcours, the Finnenbahn, the Waldschwimmbad Zimmeregg, as well as the Tennis- und Fussballclub Littau are located very close by.
The bus stops Ruopigen Zentrum and Waldstrasse are each reachable in about five minutes on foot.
