3 ½ rooms single house

As of 01.01.2027, we are renting three newly constructed 3.5-room tiny houses in modern timber construction in a quiet and close-to-nature location in Balm near Günsberg.

The houses are situated in an elevated position and offer a beautiful far view over the surrounding landscape. Due to the sloping site and the staggered arrangement of the three houses, a special living feeling with a strong connection to nature is created.

On the main level, approximately 58 m² of living space is available in each case. High ceilings, generous window areas, and the additional gallery ensure an open and airy atmosphere. The heart is formed by the bright living and dining area with an open kitchen. The large window areas bring plenty of daylight into the rooms and open the view to the surroundings. Two separate rooms offer space for sleeping, working, or for guests. Above the rooms is an open gallery with additional usable space. The range of rooms is complemented by a bathroom with shower/WC, a practical entrance area, and a covered seating area – ideal for enjoying the quiet surroundings and the view. Each house also includes its own cellar compartment. The parking spaces feature charging stations for electric vehicles and can be additionally rented if required.

The houses are currently still undergoing interior finishing. The images therefore show the current state of construction progress. The visualizations are example images; equipment and design may vary depending on the house.

Depending on the house, the monthly gross rent is between CHF 1'910.– and CHF 2'110.–. We will be happy to inform you about the availability and the respective rental conditions of the individual houses.
