Room in a shared flat

Offering a 4x4m room for one in a spacy house with a private garden. Featuring a fireplace, a kachelofen (stove), an attic, a grill place for 8 people, a storage space, optionally a garage place/parking place. All in wooden cottage style, reconstructed in ca. 1990-ish. All house is available for use besides private rooms. (The kids stuff is not there, photos from previous tenant recycled. Come and see.) No pets, no smokers allowed by the owner. Heating by wood - previous experience is a plus. The nebenkosten we split: Winter temperatures: 18 deg -> 1000 CHF per year, 22 deg -> 2000 CHF per year. Gardeners: 3000 CHF / year. Electricity around 100 CHF / month. Chimney sweep, boiler entkalkung etc: 300 CHF/year. The other 2 rooms currently occupied by a quiet lady and me, most often away. If you are a fit, then let me know ASAP as I am considering leaving if I do not find a subtenant - it is just too big and expensive for someone not being here all the time ;-) I can provide the furniture: A table, a bed and a wardrobe if needed.
