We are renting individual office rooms from 14 m² in a well-maintained and professional office environment. The premises are ideally suited for service providers, consultants, start-ups, or smaller companies.

Included in the rent:

• Shared use of common areas
• Weekly cleaning of common areas
• Cleaning of the WC facilities twice per week
• Provision and replenishment of all WC and kitchen consumables
• Shared use of the kitchen as well as the meeting tables
• All service charges included
• Electricity and heating costs included

Upon request, several office rooms can be rented together. This allows you to benefit from a flexible solution that adapts optimally to your individual space requirements.

The rental prices per room range between CHF 500 to CHF 1'200 incl. NK per month.

Outdoor parking spaces can be rented additionally for CHF 100 per month if required.
