Conditions:

• Energy & electricity costs: Due to generally changed electricity costs, a monthly advance payment of CHF 50. is charged (settlement according to actual consumption).
• Rental deposit: 2 months' rent (CHF 2'000.), to be paid into an official Swiss tenant deposit savings account.
• Security: A valid Swiss private liability insurance (incl. tenant damage desirable) is required.
• House rules: Well-maintained non-smoking household, no pets.
