Room in a shared flat

I (Sara) and my two cats are looking for a roommate, available immediately or by arrangement. The room for rent is approximately 14.5m2 in size and has a closet that must be taken over for 200 CHF. The cozy living room is nicely bright and adjoins the balcony, which can still be beautified a bit :) The kitchen is well-equipped (with dishwasher), as I like to cook myself. The bathroom is equipped with a shower bath. The apartment is located near the ETH Hönggerberg and is not far from the Werdinsel. Otherwise, there is a direct bus to the main station, and Altstetten station is also quickly accessible. I myself am a tidy person and attach particular importance to the kitchen and bathroom being clean. Due to my two cats, the floor is never or only very briefly spotless after cleaning. I am also a very sociable person and would find it nice if we could chat with each other sometimes or maybe even cook something together. However, I also need my free space and my peace and quiet due to my full daily routine and don't need constant commotion at home. In addition to studying and working, I like to be on the move in my free time, in the city or in the mountains, but also enjoy a quiet evening puzzling. In addition to the rent, there are also electricity costs and household insurance. Any additional costs for heating/warm water billing will be split evenly between us.
