The additional effort involved is very low – essentially, it is about transferring the rent and the rent deposit. 👋 Who we are looking for We are looking for students or young professionals who: - are independent, - value cleanliness and order, - treat the common rooms with respect, - appreciate a quiet living atmosphere. The shared flat is not a party flat. Friends are of course welcome at any time, but overall it is rather quiet here and everyone goes about their own daily routine.
