Room in a shared flat

Hello!

My name is Magda, I am 31 years old and I am renting out a room in my apartment to a quiet person, preferably a woman.

Kitchen and bathroom are to be shared. I am the only one living in the apartment, which means there would be two of us in total.

Small shopping facilities, a bus stop and a gas station are located nearby.

All utility costs are included in the rental price, except:

• Electricity: approx. 40-50 CHF every 3 months
• Waste disposal fees: approx. 10 CHF per month

Deposit: 500 CHF
