Room in a shared flat

Short version for everyone who doesn't read the ad 😉 We are looking for a WOMAN (no men!), and primarily a weekly resident. Due to the many messages, I unfortunately cannot respond to inquiries from men or inquiries without a short description of yourself. About us & living together: I am Rahel (30), have a Bachelor's in Social Anthropology and a second one in Nursing. Last year I completed my Master's in Global Health and am currently working at the BAG and at the Köniz municipality, after having worked mostly in development cooperation during my 20s. My boyfriend lives in the apartment about 50% of the time. He is studying part-time for a Master's in Digital Business Administration at the BFH, but still runs a business in Jordan (where he also comes from) and therefore often travels there. Since we live in a 4.5-room apartment, which is a bit large for two people, and I would also enjoy company, especially when my boyfriend is not there, we are looking for a weekly resident (a woman ☺️). I am often on the go, as in addition to work I pursue various engagements (fire department, Walk For Freedom, politics, church) and also often meet friends (now and then also at our home) or do something after work. But I also enjoy chatting over a cup of tea or a shared Znacht (my boyfriend makes super delicious Jordanian dishes 😋) or we are always up for a game night. However, we also value our retreat options :) We are looking for: A weekly resident (woman) between approx. 20 and 35 years old. Ideally, you already have experience living in shared flats or other forms of communal living. Cleanliness and a certain precision when cleaning are also important to you :-) You are (mostly) a weekly resident (i.e., usually not here on the weekend), but look forward to communal living and feel like having dinner together once in a while or something. You are a non-smoker and do not bring any pets. The room/ The apartment: The room is small (approx. 10m^2) and bright, with morning sun. It costs 650CHF per month. The apartment was newly renovated in 2016 and has a bright, large living and dining room, a large, open kitchen with a dishwasher, a large balcony, a bathroom and a small WC (which is mostly available for your use alone). The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is completely furnished, except for your room. Additionally, there is a laundry room, drying rooms, and a bicycle cellar for shared use. A parking space can be rented in addition. Nearby: Bus stop (1min walk), Bern BHF (15min by bus, 20min by bike), Ostermundigen BHF (3min by bus, 5min by bike), forest, bakery, Migros, Denner, Lidl, beautiful Ostermundigenbadi, Fitnesspark Time-Out (huge!) and other fitness studios, O-Bloc (climbing hall), pharmacy, butcher, Gelateria/ Creperia, various farm shops, Vita-Parcours, etc. We look forward to hearing from you if you are interested 😊
