We are renting out various rooms for diverse possible uses in a central location in Böckten. We offer you space for your hobby, business, art project and so on... Move-in date is by arrangement - if interested please contact us.

The largest room from our offer. Use the 135m2 area and advance your business (or hobby). This large room is suitable as a commercial space and workshop or offers you endless space for your big hobby dreams. Rent this room alone, with your business partners, or join together as a creative atelier community.

Please note that Raum 5 is NOT suitable as a car workshop or party room.
