Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone

Since my roommate is moving out, a room in our light-filled apartment is becoming available. The apartment is approx. 70 m² in size and features a cozy balcony. The offered room (see floor plan No. 1) is 10.5 m² in size and receives beautiful evening sun. It is a two-person shared apartment (WG), consisting of myself and one other person, whom I am looking for with this advertisement :-)

About me:
I (f/23) work in healthcare and study on the side. In my free time, I like being outdoors, enjoying activities with friends, and being creative. I enjoy good conversations, but I value time for myself just as much.

Location:
The apartment is located directly at the edge of the forest, surrounded by fields, ideal for jogging, walking, or cycling. An outdoor swimming pool as well as the Wallrüti train stop and the Zinzikon bus stop are only about 5 minutes walking distance away. Winterthur Hauptbahnhof is reachable via public transport in approx. 15 minutes.

Shopping & Surroundings:
In the immediate vicinity (approx. 600 m) are Aldi, Migros, Coop, Denner, a post office branch, as well as two pharmacies. Additionally, there are small cafés and a bakery in the surroundings.

Who I am looking for:
I am preferably looking for a female roommate aged approx. 23–30 years who is interested in a relaxed and pleasant shared apartment life. Order and cleanliness are important to me, which is why I like to work with a cleaning plan. Likewise important to me is a respectful and considerate interaction with one another.

A good atmosphere, in which one feels comfortable and enjoys coming home, is very close to my heart 🩷
