Room in a shared flat

In this student house, we are renting an unfurnished shared apartment room for a limited period until the end of January 2027.
A total of 10 students live together across three floors, so it never gets boring. The kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and the WCs can be used communally and already offer everything one needs.
A special highlight is the seating area directly at the house. All utility costs (internet, electricity, water, heating) are included in the price.
Even a regular cleaning is included.

The "Heiligkreuzstrasse" bus stop is located 210 meters away. The train station as well as the Fachhochschule are reachable by bus in 15 minutes and the Uni in 8 minutes. On the way to the train station, you will find the lively marketplace with various shopping opportunities, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment is rented by Homestay AG Schweiz and is aimed exclusively at students – perfect if you want to live in a student environment.
