Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful 4-person shared apartment in Oerlikon starting from 1 October 2026. We are Tobias (27 years), Yves (29 years), and Annika (25 years). Tobias loves to cook (well!!) and enjoys spending his free time with sports, such as bouldering or mountain climbing. Yves likes going to the gym and enjoys movies and series. Annika studies physics and loves (classical) music, enjoys playing/watching football, and likes spending time in the mountains hiking and skiing. Accordingly, we are looking for a person in their mid to late twenties who is either still studying or already working. Overall, the atmosphere in our shared apartment is quiet, but we also like to invite people over occasionally or do something together, e.g., going bouldering or hiking. We place particular value on mutual consideration as well as cleanliness. Adherence to agreements, especially regarding cleaning services and inviting guests, should be a matter of course for you. Furthermore, our shared apartment is absolutely pet-free and smoke-free, including on the balcony. The available room is 20 qm in size and costs 927 CHF monthly (cold rent). Additional utility costs for electricity and internet of approx. 50 CHF monthly will be added. A contribution of 1000 CHF is to be made for a quarter share of communal items such as lamps, robot vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, freezer, and living room furniture. The security deposit to be paid is 2850 CHF. Additionally, a large wardrobe and a wooden chest of drawers (see pictures) will remain in the room; there are no costs for these items. The apartment is spacious overall and very well equipped. We have a huge kitchen, a large balcony including a grill, and our own washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Additionally, we have our own cellar compartment, and there is also a bicycle cellar and an underground garage. The proximity to Bahnhof Oerlikon enables good connections at almost any time. Supermarkets, laundry, etc., are within walking distance. Please briefly introduce yourself in your application and tell us what makes a shared apartment where you feel comfortable. To make the selection among the many applications easier for us, we prefer those in which you send us a short video (max. 2 minutes) for this purpose.
