Our maisonette apartment is excellently suited for a childless couple or a two-person shared apartment with higher requirements. If no office is needed, the apartment is also very comfortable with one child. On the upper floor, two very spacious rooms and the bathroom can be found; on the lower floor, a semi-open living room and a practical storage room (Reduit) are convincing. A cellar compartment, a private laundry compartment with washing machine and tumble dryer, a large attic, and a parking space are included in the price.

The apartment is finished to owner-occupier standard and, compared to the photos, is being offered with new kitchen appliances, a new washing machine, new bathroom fittings, and a general overhaul including a fresh coat of paint.

We have been able to benefit from a great and extremely uncomplicated relationship with the landlord for seven years. The neighborhood is currently quiet and good privacy is guaranteed. The bus stop is directly in front of the house, visitor parking spaces are available, and school or kindergarten are located in the same neighborhood.
