Room in a shared flat

As of August 1, 2026, we are looking for a new roommate for our unique apartment in St. Gallen (limited until March 2027). The apartment has 5 rooms and around 100 square meters. The kitchen has been recently renovated, as well as the carpet in the living room and part of the bedroom. We are the only tenants and share the building with a workshop on the ground floor, which is used about twice a week. On the roof, we have a large rooftop terrace at our sole disposal, which invites you to linger in the summer. The apartment itself is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Kreuzbleiche sports facility. The next bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. St. Gallen train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. It's 25 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by bus to the HSG. We are two women (22 years old) and both study law at the HSG. The shared apartment life is very relaxed, we like to spend a cozy evening together or go out for a drink in the city, and everyone also has the opportunity to withdraw. We are not a functional shared apartment, so we are looking for someone who wants a new home with relaxed cohabitation and values order and cleanliness in the common areas.
