Room in a shared flat

Salli We are Kim and Raphael (both 28 years old), two young professionals, and both have been living in Luzern for about a year. Since our third roommate is moving out at the end of September, we are looking for a new person from October onwards who would like to complete our 3-person shared apartment. Briefly about us: Kim works as a carpenter and timber construction engineer, Raphael as a project manager for electrical drives. We are both quite sporty and enjoy spending our free time actively. Whether playing table tennis, swimming in the lake, or enjoying a drink – we are up for many things. Our apartment is spacious and, in addition to a cozy living room, also offers a large roof terrace, which we enjoy and use often. Shared apartment life is quite pronounced and diverse for us: We frequently cook and/or eat together, do things spontaneously, and enjoy spending time with one another. At the same time, it is important to us that each person has their own rhythm and personal space. Looking out for one another is a high priority for us. Good music, good moods, and pleasant interaction with one another are particularly important to us. We therefore wish for a person who also enjoys a lively, uncomplicated shared apartment life and likes to contribute – without it becoming a mandatory event.
