Internet

Access and Parking

A permanent parking space is not included in the rent. If required, a separate parking space can be rented additionally – subject to availability.

Permitted Use
The room can be used in particular as a craft room, hobby room, storage room, quiet workshop, or private studio. Quiet manual activities are permitted, provided that the house rules and the applicable quiet hours are observed.

Particularly not permitted are:
– use for residential or overnight purposes
– commercial use or continuous commercial production (must be clarified in detail)
– noise-intensive work
– music rehearsals
– car repairs
– storage or use of dangerous, highly flammable, environmentally hazardous, or odorous substances

Rental Conditions
Net rent: CHF 230.– per month
Service charges flat rate including electricity: CHF 65.– per month
Gross rent: CHF 295.– per month

A separate electricity meter is not available. Electricity costs for normal consumption corresponding to the agreed use are included in the flat-rate service charges. Devices or installations with exceptionally high or continuous electricity consumption may only be operated with prior written consent from the landlord. A demonstrably exceptional excess consumption is not included in the flat rate and can be charged separately.
