Room in a shared flat

Since my roommate is moving out, a room in our beautiful 3-room apartment will become available from October 1st (or from 23.09.). The apartment is approx. 90 m² and is centrally located, but quiet at the same time: 3 minutes on foot to Hardplatz, 5 min to bollingerplatz and 8 minutes to Bhf Hardbrücke. Since the apartment is located between the courtyard and the garden, you hardly notice the city bustle. Highlight: We have our own terrace and garden. 🌿 In addition, there is a large living room, parquet flooring; an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine & dryer in the basement. The room is quiet, faces the courtyard, and also has parquet flooring. It can be taken partially furnished with a bed, desk, shelf, and clothes rail, or also empty. Rent: CHF 1’260 incl. utilities. The current rental agreement initially runs until February 2027, but the chances are good that we can stay / the apartment will be extended. I am Marianne, I work at ETH at the interface of research and industry regarding sustainability & Circular Economy. In my free time, I like being outdoors and active: road cycling, hiking, beach volleyball, cross-country skiing, and generally everything in nature. Besides that, I like reading and cooking, enjoy game nights, dancing, culture, and am interested in politics and society. On the terrace, I try my hand at gardening with varying success. :) A home is important to me, where one feels comfortable and likes coming home. I like it tidy and rather quiet. I think it is nice when you chat for a while in the kitchen, cook together, drink a glass of wine, or also do something spontaneously, invite friends over for dinner, sit on the terrace, or grill. However, everyone should also have their own life and retreat space. I am looking for someone between 30 and 43, employed and tidy, with whom there is a good personal fit and we have a similar idea of living together.
