Location:
The property is located in a quiet and family-friendly quarter in Witikon, only a few meters from the Zweiackerstrasse bus stop. You can reach the city center of Zürich directly by bus.

A shopping center with supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, church, and other shops can be reached in 3 bus stops or approx. 15 minutes on foot.

Since a family (mother with three teenagers) lives in the upper part of the house, we preferably request female tenants or a quiet practice (e.g., therapy, counseling, coaching, studio, or similar activities).
