Whether you are currently in a phase of reassessing your position, embarking on a new path in life, or simply want to take an idyllic stopover for a few months – here you will find the ideal retreat. **What awaits you** * **Living with style:** A bright, charming loft in the attic, fully furnished and ready to move in. (Laundry room must be shared with another party) * **Digital, but mindful:** Fast working and streaming thanks to a fiber optic connection. A television has been deliberately omitted – perfect for real digital detox. * **Animal companions welcome:** A well-behaved, well-groomed dog or a feline friend is welcome to move in (the apartment is already equipped with a chip-cat flap). **What you bring with you** We are assigning this oasis of well-being to an animal-loving, nature-connected, and peace-seeking individual. Since the loft is located on a small equestrian farm, we wish for someone with a genuine affinity for horses. This includes the willingness to perform the following minor farm tasks: * Occasionally collecting horse manure (presumably about 2 times a week) * In an emergency, checking on things (giving hay / water, ensuring order in the stable) * In winter: Regular snow shoveling as a free fitness program right in front of your door * For those who want even more meaningful leisure activities: Theoretically, there is always something to do on the farm! **Rent and conditions** * **Rent:** CHF 1'750.00 per month * **Inclusive:** Heating, water, and a private parking space (PP) * **Exclusive:** Direct electricity consumption and internet subscription * **Duration:** Limited to 6 months – your notice period would be possible within 2 months to the end of each week, should you wish to move on again.
