In addition, a community of over 50 companies and institutions is already here - Johnson & Johnson, Basilea, T3 Pharma, BD, Viatris, Arcondis, SKAN, Swiss Aviation Software, Universität Basel, Universitätsspital Basel, Swiss TPH and the Botnar Institute of Immune Engineering. From 2027 in the ALL: 4,000 m² on the 1st floor plus 1,100 m² on the ground floor, hybrid laboratory/office spaces as high-end shell construction, expandable as desired (CHF 250.–/m²/year excl. service charges). Ceiling height 3.62–4.00 m.
