3 private rooms on the upper floor for exclusive use Available from: Immediately or by arrangement Costs & Fair 50/50 split: Since we share the house absolutely fairly and both use the same number of rooms, we split all fixed costs exactly: Rent according to house rental agreement: (1680.- incl. utilities) Thus it is CHF 840. / month. Additionally Dorfkorporation (on account): CHF 80. / month (Your half of the fixed CHF 160. for electricity/water). Your total monthly costs are thus a total of CHF 920.. Important note on billing: We split the incoming quarterly bills from the Dorfkorporation fairly based on actual consumption (50/50). If there is a credit, you get half back; this also applies proportionally if you move out again at some point. In the event of excess consumption, we also split the additional payment fairly. Your area (Completely free to furnish) You rent your own, private realm in the house! The entire upper floor is available to you for exclusive use: 3 bright rooms for free design: Perfect for you, your child, as an office or hobby room. The rooms are completely unfurnished. You can furnish and develop yourself here completely freely. 1 attic compartment directly on the floor for plenty of storage space. The common rooms are already partially equipped and cozily furnished, so you hardly have to worry about the basic equipment: Large kitchen with cooking island, bright bathroom, cozy living room, garden with beds, paths & sandbox, balcony/terrace with magnificent mountain view, washing machine for shared use & internet already available, if desired. Who we are: We are an open and joyful mama (31) with two children (3 & 9 years). We live in this large, cozy 7.5-room house. We are particularly happy to welcome single parents with one or two children so our children would immediately have new playmates! But people without children who would like to enrich our family life are also very welcome. What you bring with you; Child-friendliness: It is lively with us, you should have no problem with a bit of hustle and bustle. Secure finances: Regular income for rent and utilities. Sense of community: Enjoyment of exchange, but also respect for privacy. Pets: Are welcome depending on the situation. Location and surroundings: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is pleasantly quiet both during the day and at night. Shopping: A Migros supermarket is reachable in approx. 13 minutes on foot. Health: The Gill-Apotheke is also reachable in approx. 13 minutes on foot. School: A school is located just approx. 10 minutes walking distance, ideal for families with children.
