Secure an underground parking space in the new residential building at Pfannenstielstrasse 110/112 in Meilen.

The following parking options are still available:

• Motorcycle spaces No. 1 and 2 (CHF 100.00 per month)
• Parking spaces No. 6, 7, 8 and 13 (CHF 180.00 per month)

The landlord provides the basic installation for e-mobility. The charging station must be financed by the tenant themselves. The brand of the charging station is specified by the landlord. The resulting operating costs will be invoiced to the tenant with the service charge statement.
