Room in a shared flat

I am renting a furnished room in a beautiful and modern 2-person shared apartment in Zürich Altstetten.

The apartment was renovated in 2021 and is modern and cozily furnished.

Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and everything one needs in everyday life are located within a maximum of 5 min on foot.

The Zürich Altstetten station is approx. 7–8 minutes away on foot and the tram stop is located directly in front of the house, so that one is in the city center very quickly.

Rent: CHF 1'275.– per month, including all utility costs. (WiFi, serafe, electricity and everything)

The apartment will be shared with me (female, 33 years old). I am looking for a quiet, reliable and respectful person, ideally between 27 and 35 years old, employed, with a valid residence permit and non-smoker.

It is important to me that one feels at home and has a pleasant and uncomplicated coexistence. 😊
