Room in a shared flat

Since our previous roommate (M20) is moving out, we (M21 and W22) are looking for someone to take over the vacant room immediately or by arrangement. About the room & the location: The room: It is approx. 13 m² in size (3.56 x 3.70 m), very bright and already fully furnished. The location: Super well-connected – you can reach the S-Bahn stop in just 5 minutes on foot and the nearest tram station is practically at your doorstep (1 minute walk). Who we are: We are a young, uncomplicated and open-minded student couple. A harmonious, tidy and relaxed coexistence in everyday life is very important to us. Who fits with us: Are you young, studying, value clean living and are an easy-going, nice person?
